Fill blender or shaker with crushed ice.
2. Add 30ml rum, 20ml strawberry liqueur, 50gr of strawberries or strawberry puree.
3. Add 30ml coconut cream and 90ml pineapple juice.
4. Shake or blend until smooth and pour into chilled goblet.
5. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
6. Optionally top with whipped cream.
