Matthew 21 Vs 1-13 begins Jesus' final week leading to his crucifixion and ending in his resurrection. On this Sunday we remember Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem.

In Chapter 5 Verses 1-12 James warns the wealthy to not hoard their wealth but use it to care for the poor, he reminds Christians to be patient and persevere until the coming of the Lord, and emphasizes the importance of truth and trust, as the last days are near.

In Chapter 4 Vs 13-17, James teaches us to reject "Practical Atheism". We must acknowledge that God is sovereign and our plans should be made with the consideration of His will.

In Chapter 4 Vs 11-12 we learn that slander has no place in the church and that God alone is the judge.

In Chapter 4 Vs 1-10 After identifying the source of conflict in the church, James highlights God's provision of grace and his prescription for peace.

Last week we were shown from James Chapter 3 that we should desire wisdom from above. This week we will be learning from Solomon in Proverbs Chapter 1 to "Get Wisdom"

In James Chapter 3 Vs 1-12 James helps us understand the untamable nature of the tongue, along with our need to rely on God's power to help us control it.

In James Chapter 2 Vs 1-13 we are taught that there is no room in the church for playing favourites. He gives us three arguments against showing partiality.
