John and Ben discuss the differences between optimism and pessimism, how they play out in our day to day lives including the benefits and pitfalls. They share examples and life experiences where these perspectives have been beneficial or could be a hindrance.

Ben and John explore the opportunities of finding sweet spots in a tribal environment. It feels as though the world has become more tribal and we look at the history of tribes, the positives and negatives and the significance with hopefully a non-confrontational lens. Our aim is to provoke constructive discussion and deeper thinking about the key attributes in a way that is additive.
