Swerve Shows

🫡 Cafe Brasil joined us in November to open up the party with a 1.5h set on the terrace.

💫 Good friends, with great tunes always makes for a good time, and these two good friends really delivered 🪩 To say I've had this mix on at least once a day is an understatement 💞

See what all the fuss is about and lean into the smooth and lovely sounds of Cafe Brasil 🇧🇷

🤠 As is now customary, Rubio steps up to close the party out. This time bringing a mix of Hip House, 90's and 00's faves, sprinkled with some Speed Garage and various other obscure and unlikely oddities.

🪩 Good times abound!

Keep your eyes peeled for plenty more recordings dropping this week!

🤩 Cricket got down with us again back in October.

🪩 Picking up a dancefloor that had just begun to find the groove.

A set full of twists and turns until finally settling into the vibe.

No stranger to a Sydney DJ Booth, you're always in good hands with Cricket at the controls.

Next minute, a wild @tuggspeedman-dj rides in on a funky gust of wind to take control of the wheel. One of the selection experts to come out of Mancuso Discotheque, you know you're in for a ride.

What follows is 2 hours of downtempo, disco, funk, nu disco, house edits and breaks from across the groovy spectrum.

Never exceeding 116bpm is officially part of his rider now, giving pause and creating opportunities for both human and frequencies to breathe and experience. Before we knew it, the funk had taken hold, hips swing, heads bob, shoulders loosen and arms flail.

Excellence from start to finish. Big thanks to Tugg Speedman for his contribution.

Kicking off the recordings from the last event back at the start of the month we have @midnightswimsounds. Laying down a gorgeous and groovy foundation of stripped back beats, luscious street soul, glimmering vocals and breezy grooves.

As expressed, Tom's selections exude confidence and emit a very welcoming and safe aura. Years of steady grinding have built up this ability, It's something so unique, warming and comfortable that you won't find in most other DJ's.

It's perfect for lazy summer days so get stuck in!

👺 Cricket came through for the late slot at the August Cosmic Cloud event and tore the roof off the place... again 🥳 Another stellar showing from one of the best doing it. The versatility on display in this all vinyl set is truly something special 💎

The floor was warmed, the vibes were high, the room was primed to lift off, And lift off it did 🚀

Tune in for 2 hours of breaks, house, techno, progressive and rave classics.

🪩 @el_discotheque came in hot for this one ❤️‍🔥 Immediately getting to work laying down some quite serious (not serious) heat 🤠

Big fun was had with 808's, 909's, 707's, claps, basslines and classic grooves. It's all here, what are you waiting for?! 🫡

Big up the Discoman for getting down with us.

@artefcts and Boogie honcho Rubio got down in August for 3.5 hours of eclectic eroticism. Sharing the stage and building the vibe b2b or, butt to butt if you will, the styles soared and shifted across the many hours. Floating amongst 90's electronica, Street Soul, Local and International records, smoothe, elegant, jarring.

Strong recommend on this one 👽

August 2025 saw Cosmic Boogie and Cloud 909 join hands in an 11h event at Abercrombie Rooftop. The vibes went long into the night, in no small part thanks to the foundational vibes laid early.

@user-713632576 (DJ Toadfish) of the Cloud 909 crew opened the event in sublime fashion, blending all things luscious and downtempo to a hypnotic late afternoon mood.

It was Gorgeous, it was LUSH, It was.... DJ Toadfish. 👽🛸

🤠🔊 A few months back I had the pleasure of playing for my good friend @andrew-wowk Music for Change event at Bar Fredas. The night was allll Chicago and Detroit, back to the roots, rolling deep and wide.

Here you'll hear my interpretation of that brief 🪩 A smooth and eclectic mix of sounds of that space through the decades.
