Swerve Shows

🔊🔊🔊🔊 Back in September Cosmic Boogie teamed up with the Steppers crew for an all day b2b2b2b for the ages. The vibes were tip-top as @midnightswimsounds, @soundslikemiguel , @edseven and Rubio led the courtyard through a large variety of sounds from open to close.

This is part 1 of a 4 part, 9hr recording, expect low slung dub, trip hop classics, smooth street soul, tuff reggae, classic cuts, and a few curve balls.

Big up everyone there on the day, sorry it's taken me this long to get out.

Final set from our August Foray into Naarm's rooftop bars comes from the inimitable @personar1 b2b @magal_tm ❤️

Expect the lot as these two ride the waves of genres and seasons. The sky shifting before our eyes from the DJ booth of Rooftop Bar in typical Naarm fashion.

It was light and airy, and dark and moody, a storm washed through for a spell, but the beats didn't stop, they simply evolved.

Huge thank you to Per Sonar and Magál for stepping up to that plate and filling the space with sound. Please enjoy 😎

To cap off our little trip down to Naarm in August, Myself and Cricket played a little b2b extendo set up at Rooftop Bar. It was a windy, rainy evening and we let the weather control the vibes. We threw down some power ballads, some deep groovers, and some minimal head nodders, some classic disco, some slinky UKG, you get the jist. It was a great time and I hope it comes across.

Last but certainly not least on the decks at the takeover of Runner Up Rooftop was @nickspurwaydj bringing another beautifully measured, eclectic yet cohesive set of dance floor heaters from across the spectrum 💕🙌

You absolutely love to see it, but you'll love to hear it more 😎 If you ever find yourself down in Naarm do yourself a favour and go watch Nick play. The energy is always high 😁

Big Big thank you to Nick for lending his skills to the evening and as always, you can like and comment for any ID's.

Next set of recordings to come shortly.

Next up from the series of mixes from Runner Up Rooftop down in Naarm is me 🥰. I had such a great time playing this set, it was very eclectic, lots of different spaces and sounds explored throughout the nearly 2 hour set.

The vibes were strong, the feels were good, the place was groovin'.

🔊🤠 Next up in our series of recordings from Runner Up Rooftop is our good mate and exquisite selectress @sabel-3. Capitalising on the strong vibes brought out by Per Sonar, Cricket unleashed a medley of crowd igniting classics from across the spectrum of house and disco.

In the room, the feelings were elated, you could see it in the eyes of those in attendance, that the night was going to launch.

Huge huge thank you once again to Cricket for lending her time to the dance.

Stay tuned for Rubio and Nick Spurway's recordings up next ❤️‍🔥🙏

🤠🔊❤️‍🔥 Hi again! It's been a minute, I know... Back in August, Cosmic Boogie took over Runner Up Rooftop bar in Naarm. We had a fabulous time and the tunes that came out of it were lovely.

@personar1 was the first to step up, originally from Naarm, he had no problem warming us all nicely with his eclectic mix of fawned over tunes. Highly recommend you check out his page for some more beautiful mixes and ambient explorations.

Many thanks to Per Sonar for lending us his time over that weekend. Check the mix and as always, like and comment for any ID's <3

More to come over the next week or so, keep your 👀 open for the rest.

XOXO

Cosmic Boogie 😘

@sabel-3 and myself got down to Cafe Fredas again back in August. We had a BLAST, as you can tell by this recording.

Huge thank you to Cafe Freda's for having us around again ❤️

Can't wait for next time!

Way back in January I had the opportunity to play an hour of tear out, Hi NRG Disco for a friends Studio 54 themed birthday party. It was right up there with my favourite sets I've played all year.

Those that know me know I have a real soft spot for Big Powerful Disco numbers so it should come as no surprise that I absolutely milked the opportunity to go all in on that energy.

I love this music so much, I hope you do too!

🥰 Very pleased to finally release this recording into the wild. Picture this, packed courtyard, bodies moving in unison, party is in full swing, warm winter evening, vibes are high. @garthlinton and @tsuramusic step up to the platters after the legend James Locksmith and deliver a masterclass in b2b house music action.

Applause and whistles after every transition, big smiles, cheeky banter and playful smiles between the two from the pigeonhole.

This was one for the memory banks, and that translates in the recording. Now we're all free to listen to it as we please ❤️🤠🙌

Huge thanks to Garth and Jordan for their time and energy on that day it was magical 🙏
