Dale and Scott were so thrilled to be invited back onboard an RSVP Vacation's cruise--our second this year! This time, we sailed from Seattle to the great state of Alaska with 2,000 of our new best friends, mostly gays, a handful of lesbians, a few transsexuals, and a smattering of breeders, who all seemed to have a blast in this most breath-taking corner of our country. While sailing toward Juneau, we taped this episode in front of a live studio audience in the Queen's Lounge on the great Holland America Oosterdam. Our guests include two beautiful men, a real-life couple, actors and singer Michael Arden, who currently plays Patrick on FX's Anger Management, and Andy Mientus who is best known as Kyle on NBC's Smash. We talked about their hectic lives working on television, creating their cabaret show, working with the Deaf West Theater, thoughts on returning to Broadway, and how they tend to work on their harmonies instead of getting down and dirty. A truly talented and special couple, you'll dig Michael and Andy, and enjoy the inside, behind-the-scenes info...including whether or not "Kyle" and Andy saw that car coming! We're thrilled to welcome back celebrity fitness consultant Craig Ramsay, albeit via phone instead of in-person, like last time. Craig is most excited for his new series of fun and informative videos for ulive.com titled, 5 Minute Workout Anywhere. Watch along as Craig shows you easy, non-gym exercises that you can do while you're doing other everyday things. From the shower to the garden to the pool to the baby nursery. There's just no reason not to be active and it's so easy, too! (Plus, they're funny as hell.) But as much as we love the videos, one project is never enough for Craig. This former Broadway and television star also has a great book out called Anatomy of Stretching; he does private fitness and nutritional consulting; is a frequent talk show guest; and, is the very first gay man to be featured on the annual Man and Machine calendar! Our first of two Swish Extras this week (while we're on the RSVP Summer Alaska Cruise, dontcha know) features our friend Adam Goldman. You might remember Adam when we had him on a year or so ago to talk about his infectious and brilliant gay-themed web series, The Outs. We were so taken with the independent project that we even kicked in to help pay for the ambitious project. (You know we're big fans of crowd-sourcing.) Now he's gearing up for an even bigger project and we want y'all to help, if you can.
