This weekend we explored God. God is a mystery to  human beings- the creator of the Universe, Redeemer and Sustainer. What does that mean? How should we interpret that and how then do we interact with God. We take guidance from Abraham and David among others. 

November 17, 2019: "Are We Truly Thankful?"

Pastor Eric's message, from John 14,  touches on what it means to pray "in Jesus' name," and what it really means when we do so.

Pastor Don shares how we face our giants in our everyday lives.

Pastor Don is works through one of the questions asked, “Is there more than one God?”  How do we know? What do the scriptures tell us and how might that fit the mythological understandings that we have? 

How does laity heed God's call to love one another? How can we share our gifts of time and talent iin serving and sharing with others?

Ian Schmitt brings the message this week, as part of the Youth led service.

This weekend, we celebrated World Communion Sunday with other believers around the globe.  Pastor Don's message on communion considers what it means, how  we understand the mystery of it, why Jesus took the Jewish celebration of Passover and created something new and what prophet Isaiah says to us about eternity.

Pastor Eric finished up the month-long sermon series on Abundance, with a message on how we are to respond to the abundant grace that God's pours on us.
