Andy Thompson has been challenging Nevada's 2024 election processes through multiple legal actions, representing himself without an attorney in what's known as a "pro se" case. His efforts have taken him through state and federal courts since late 2024. Thompson's case presents several concerns about Nevada's 2024 election, including missing ballots, destroyed records, and statistical irregularities. After his initial case was dismissed, Thompson filed a criminal referral with the U.S. Attorney's office and continues pursuing his appeals. His cases have drawn public support, including from Fight Voter Fraud.
