In this new series, we will have more brief conversations in which we try to compare and improve each other's systems for Personal Knowledge Management and beyond.
We call it Systematic Sparring, as we have noticed that we often get caught in our own tunnel visions of how things should be done, and therefore can use a good check-in session to keep each other sharp.
In this first episode, we look at Readwise versus Physical Books. Which reading system is more effective, and if and how they can complement each other.

In this episode, we are joined again by Jorn van Zwanenburg and Paul Sessink on the recent developments within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
In this episode, Nils sits down for the second time with Djai Baaten.
Djai is a trained neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist and has worked in mental health care for most of his time. He has a strong academic background in how psychedelics work in the brain. As a psychologist, Djai is trained to work with people that want to change certain behaviours in their lives, but encounter difficulties in doing so.
Djai also works as a microdose coach, where he coaches and assists new and experienced microdosers with their practice. For more information on his microdose coaching sessions, check: https://microdose-pro.com/coaching/ In addition to his work as a psychologist, Djai is actively involved in the academic community on psychedelics and has co-organized several events.
In this podcast, we dive into some interesting studies regarding microdosing, as a recent study performed by the Imperial College London suggested that the beneficial effects of microdosing could be explained by the placebo effect. The perfect opportunity to ask Djai to shed his light on the matter.
We discuss two main questions:
Is microdosing a placebo?

Rume leads a community of over 5000 people in Nigeria in order to free them from hyperinflation and to provide them with the tools for self-actualization. In the West, the true purpose of Bitcoin might not be seen yet by many, but in developing countries, this is quite different.
This talk gave us a clear insight into how Bitcoin serves as a vehicle for individual liberation.
