Cette étude menée dans un hôpital propose une méthode pragmatique pour résoudre le problème d’inadéquation (misfit) entre les progiciels de gestion intégrés (PGI) et les processus d’affaire dans les organisations pluralistes. En se concentrant sur le processus de dépistage d’une déficience auditive à la naissance, les chercheurs ont impliqué les acteurs concernés par ce processus pour diagnostiquer le misfit et définir une solution. Grâce à cette approche participative, une meilleure gestion du processus a été obtenue, avec des données de dépistage plus précises et complètes. Cette méthode, bien qu’exigeante en termes de temps et de modélisation, est considérée comme la voie indispensable pour améliorer l’utilisation des PGI dans la réalisation des processus d’affaire.
Cette étude vise à mieux comprendre comment la pensée holistique, qui appréhende les systèmes dans leur globalité plutôt que par leurs composants, se diffuse dans le discours managérial. L’analyse s’appuie sur l’étude qualitative d’un écosystème de start-ups ayant pour vocation à proposer des solutions innovantes afin d’améliorer le bien être au travail. Notre apport à la littérature en théorie des organisations est de théoriser la pensée holistique dans un contexte managerial influencé par la diffusion des technologies digitales.

Cette recherche co-écrite avec Davide Nicolini et Mark Thompson vise à réintroduire la critique dans la réflexion sur les systèmes d’information. La hype et les dérives de Cambridge Analytica, des fake news, ou de Chat GPT nous rappellent l’urgence d’avoir un cadre théorique où l’humain est placé au centre sans céder pour autant aux excès anthropocentriques. Nous proposons d’introduire trois logiques (sociales, politiques et fantasmatiques) pour traiter la question suivante : comment la politique affective conditionne-t-elle l’adhésion au design des technologies ?
Basée sur une recherche quantitative des DSI et des PDG, cette recherche se concentre sur la réputation informatique (RI) des entreprises et son impact sur la performance. Le sujet est intéressant parce que (1) la RI de l’entreprise, mesurée par la capacité perçue de l’entreprise à développer et à maintenir sa réputation en matière de capacités informatiques, pourrait être liée à la performance organisationnelle ; (2) l’identification de nouveaux facteurs de succès informatiques est nécessaire pour mieux comprendre les facteurs antécédents menant à la performance ; et (3) l’importance de la direction et de la réputation doit être davantage prise en compte. Le modèle développé et testé explique plus de 40% de la performance organisationnelle.
