🤩 I'm so happy to have you back. Today I'm sharing with you how I deal with change. It's not all good but say what; that's life.

💪🏽They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Is it true? How was last year for you really...did it all make you stronger in some way? I'd love to know. 😇

So we are still talking about change again! Good or bad change can be disruptive and we have to find ways to prepare for it, move on from and to grow in it. Today I'm sharing some tips with us from Harvard business review and verywellmind.com.

🤔They say change is inevitable. The question is; how are you dealing with it? I'm not talking about the nice, fun, exciting things...no! I'm talking about those that cut to the gut?

If something is "normal" it means that we have become accustomed to it. This means that it's no longer new. What do you think about the "new normal"?

We can go on and on forever however, today is our last episode on this topic. I hope that I inspired at least one person to step outside of their comfort zone and be or become more c r e a T i V e.
