We're kicking off a new series called "Life Hacks." In this series, we're going to be looking at some of the critical areas in life and considering what the Bible says about how we win spiritually in those key areas.

We'll be having some conversations that you've probably never heard in church before, but it's going to be great, and I believe you'll be able to use the principles we discuss daily.

Whether you think Easter is more about chocolate bunnies and peeps or you’ve been a believer for years, the big idea for this message is that Easter is so much more!

So as you experience this message, lean into the story, and experience the resurrection for yourself. God wants to write your story this morning, and when He does, He gives us a story worth telling!

When we let God write our stories, He writes a story worth telling! God writes a story abundantly more than we could ever imagine! But allowing God to write our story takes a step of faith.

In this message, we meet the blind-beggar Bartimaeus, and we learn from his encounter with Jesus what it meant for him to let God write his story!

This week we are going to be continuing our sermon series, "What's Your story?" We're going to look at how God uses suffering in our story. I know we all have had difficult times in our lives. Maybe you're experiencing a difficult time right now, with all that is happening in our world. And, we've asked ourselves the question, why, why all this suffering in the world? And so we're going to wrestle with this important topic in this message.

Can you imagine meeting Jesus in person? That's what happens the in the passage we're discussing this week, the author tells us that Jesus was walking along, and he sees a tax collector named Levi. And, where others might have seen a dreaded tax collector, Jesus saw potential.

God sees us too. And, He sees our potential. When it comes to our story, God gets personal!
