Arab Bank PLC, the first civil jury trial in the United States under the Anti-Terrorism Act. A landmark class action suit collectively representing more than 300 U.S. citizens injured or killed by terrorist bombings in Israel resulted in Arab Bank PLC being held responsible for funding dozens of terrorist acts in the early 2000s by issuing payouts to the families of suicide bombers.
