**If you are a Christian, you should do everything in your power to remove obstacles that may stand between somebody and God.

2. Free to Serve (v. 19-23)

3. We Sacrifice for the Eternal Reward (v. 24-27)

No matter who you are, people are looking at you while learning from you. Being free in Christ allows believers to do some pretty great things, but it can also be an excuse to justify things we shouldn’t be doing. Where is the line?

1. Proper knowledge leads to Christian liberty (1 Cor. 8:1-6)

2. Be careful that the use of your Christian liberty does not enslave someone else (1 Cor. 8:7-13)

3. Temper your Christian liberties based on the context you are in.

What is the difference between ambition and discontent? We all hope to do better for ourselves in one way or another. Most of us would enjoy a higher paying job, a bigger house, and a happier family. When does ambition get in the way of our holiness? This week, Pastor Todd talks about this and how we can stay content where we are.

**The danger of unchecked sin is that it can spread through the whole church so for the glory of Christ we must remove it.

At best, the church gets 52 hours a year to disciple your children. In your homes, however, you have over 3000 hours. At Tabernacle, we believe that the home should be the primary place of discipleship for your children. Their love for God should be both caught and taught.

Did you know that 40% of Jesus’ parables were connected with wealth and money? We know that we should be chasing God over everything else, but we often get distracted by the pursuit of more, bigger, and better. Chase God and not wealth. Wealth and work can be good, but God is better.
