This has always been a topic which people have ignored and don't talk about.

Today we introduce our two new host Zainab Farooq and Varsh Viswanathan. Both are students of journalism and very lively, energetic individuals.

In this podcast Zainab starts with reciting a poem on the topic and how one can feel if going through depression and anxiety. Further, both individuals inform about the topic and Varsha provide some statics on the topic.

Also both individuals interviewed, three guest speakers , two students who shared there experiences of how hard it has been and there journey on how they were able to cope up with it.

Also a psychology professor Mrs. Sonakish, from amity university, who informs us about how we neglect this issue and how taboo we have made it.

Welcome back tackle box family, to Episode 2.

So our Samreen, is back yet again but this time with a personal story and few real life advice's of how she has or was able to cope up with her low times.

She shares intimate stories of how she handled friendship-break ups and heartbreaks; as well how hard they can become.

 Samreen spoke, how putting her pain in right direction made her strong . Going to gym and working tirelessly on her body made her feel less burdened(but its not for everyone). She also tells that for everyone coping mechanisms are different, but using it positively is the vital thing during hard times. 

Meditating and journal-ling every now and then made her know her pain and help her use it in positive direction rather negative one.

She says, that you have to go through the pain to fight it and eventually it will makes you stronger.
