We can spend our lives working to be successful and after experiencing win after win and success on top of success, there is the potential to become blinded by winning.  In this episode, JK highlights that if we become blinded by winning, then we lose our respect for winning. Consequently, we could forget what it took for us to get to where we are, and as a result, we may begin to think that we are solely responsible for our wins and successes in life.  JK emphasizes that we must remember that things could be different for us. JK sat down with Florida A&M University (FAMU) Head Football Coach Willie Simmons. The two tackled the topic "I'm Home" as coach shared why he chose to go back home to Tallahassee to lead the FAMU football team.  The two spent time highlighting what Coach Simmons and his family are doing in the community, his expectations for the 2022 season, the importance of HBCUs, and much more.

As people we search for new ways to become more successful. We constantly work to figure out the Algorithm of Life. As people, we desire to ascend and excel in relationships, businesses, careers, and many other areas in our lives.  Sometimes we believe that if we do exactly what another person does we will then get the same exact results. Life doesn't work that way. Yes, we should listen to successful people and apply things they did that made them successful, and by doing that it will yield success in our lives. JK is joined by Special Guest Tedra Wilson aka Tt The Artist. She is an Amazing and Talented Rapper, Artist, and Director . On this episode JK and Tt The Artist tackled the topic "I See Bigger". Tt The Artist expressed the importance of dreaming big while also being open to your dream evolving and becoming more than what you initially imagined it to be.  JK and Tt The Artist also discussed her film Dark City Beneath the Beat which can be seen on Netflix right now, her Youtube Original that she directed  "NOTED: Alicia Keys The Untold Stories", working with Issa Rae, and how special it was to interview Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles.

JK believes in every situation or circumstance in life, we have two choices. We can Complain about it or Maximize it. JK explains how he believes that God wants us to maximize where we are. There is a lesson in everything, but if we spend our time complaining then we won’t realize the blessings that come from where we currently are.

JK discusses how there are times in life when we feel the pressure to be first instead of making sure we do things right. Or maybe we rather rush into a relationship, just to say we aren’t single, instead of dating for some time to make sure they are the right person for us. Then maybe there are times when we rather rush to tell people we got a business before purchasing an LLC and taking care of linguistics. JK points out that sometimes we take shortcuts just to claim that we have finished first, but JK expresses that we must understand the importance of taking the time to build things right, whether it’s a relationship, a business, or career, even if it takes longer to do so.
