David holds his bachelor’s in human resource management from Colorado State University and his master’s in industrial / organizational psychology from the University of Maryland – College Park.

He is a current doctoral candidate in business psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where he is studying the interaction between meaningful work and burnout.

Unfortunately… Matthew is known for getting ran over by a Firetruck/Brush truck…

He spent 25 years in the fire department.

12 years as a Homeland Security Instructor.

Around 12 years at the police department.

Former SWAT.

With several lifesaving awards, certificates of Merit etc…. He says that he’s known on PD as a shit Magnet… Which is “NOT always a good thing…”
