This week we have glass Royalty in the studio some would call him the G.O.A.T or as I like say the “Master of Giraffster”Matt Robertson ”. His art is unmistakable highly detailed whimsical, matte-finished glass sculptures of animals—especially giraffes—and functional art. After honing his craft in Eugene, Oregon, and co-founding Canada’s Edy Roy Glass Gallery, he relocated to Evergreen Colorado and opened a studio in the glass heavy “Everdream” building that houses some of the world’s top glassblowers. This all evolved into his podcast @robertson.stash features weekly episodes where Matt sits down with glassblowers, comedians, and creative innovators to discuss art, cannabis culture, and lifestyle. I recently was on the show and after 4 hours we barely scratched the surface check that out if you haven’t already. We also somehow have nailed down our second guest, who is usually galavanting the globe spreading the good word of @grovebags_ if you’d not familiar with Grove Bags or their terploc technology you may have already used their products without knowing because it’s so integrated in the industry these days whether you’re in a dry place like Colorado or a humid place like Florida or Oklahoma Grove these Bags keep your product between 58 and 62% humidity.
