出生於1981年台北。先後取得東海大學音樂藝術學士、法國國立賽爾吉．蓬土瓦斯音樂院高級演奏暨教育文憑、法國國立畢多音樂院最高演奏文憑、維也納市立音樂院薩克斯風演奏文憑。曾師事於Jean-Yves FOURMEAU、Alexandre SOUILLART、Lars MLEKUSCH。並與大提琴家François POLY學習早期音樂詮釋及改編技巧。

​旅歐期間多次受邀參與國際展演，包含世界薩克斯風年會（WSC）、比利時迪南（Dinant）國際薩克斯風大賽、尚．馬利。隆德士（Jean-Marie LONDEIX）國際大賽、新加坡國際薩克斯風論壇與法國布列塔尼國際薩克斯風音樂營等。2019 受莫斯科 SounDrama工作坊邀請，參與國際劇場導演Vladimir PANKOV與作曲家Artyom KIM 為期三週的整體表演藝術跨域訓練與演出。

近年嘗試以薩克斯風演奏參與多方的表演藝術類型：2017,2018 於現代音樂協會與新點子樂展擔任演出者暨執行製作人、2019臺南藝術節閉幕音樂會演出者暨執行製作人、2020,2021 福爾摩沙音樂影像計畫製作人、2022,2023【拾音．時音】製作人。演出類型包括早期巴洛克、經典傳統薩克斯風作品、當代獨奏與室內樂、電聲即興、劇場舞蹈跨域演出等。並以此作為目標，期望拓展薩克斯風展演更寬廣的可能性。​

目前為自由薩克斯風演奏家、拾音人樂集藝術總監、i-Saxo國際薩克斯風樂展策劃人、中華民國現代音樂協會演奏家，並於2022年始擔任理事之一。

國立臺灣藝術大學戲劇系畢業，然後鑽研音樂，是台北市立大學音樂系碩士。學生時期參與狂想劇團的戲劇演出，獲得劇樂部劇團的「青年才俊藝術節」最佳音樂設計獎，還兩次（2007、2008）。2009獲得經濟部好用音樂網原創音樂佳作。
她現在是專職的音樂教育，專職音樂教育17年，培育多位參加全國音樂比賽、檢定考試與大學音樂科系升學考試。她教學的對象還有一些中年之後想追求夢想的資深退休人士。
她出了一本書，是針對孩子出的小提琴教學書。沒有量產，是對學習者量身打造的教學書。除了提供給自己的學生使用，也提供給致力于兒童小提琴教學的教師作為教具，如有需求請洽葛溫老師粉專。
