Peaks ranging from 2,000 feet up to highest point, Mount Palomar at 6,140 feet. They not only hike them once in 2020, but again in a two week period of time in 2021! We talk about their new name, inspirational people in their lives, some challenges on the trails, someone gets a little emotional at the end, and most importantly, their fun for the outdoors! First, shout out to Ranger Nick who opened the door for us ahead of time! Perks of being a volunteer :) !!! So, This year, Take A F'N Hike, had the pleasure of sponsoring Veterans on the 48. They are a non profit organization located in New Hampshire. Take A F'N Hike met up with SD Crazy Hikers, Alpines Hiking Group, among others. We met new hikers and shared beer at the top! The hike was hard! We had a local dog follow us. Some of us ran out water giving it to the dog! Best part, this podcast was done at the top of Hell Hole Canyon in Valley Center, California! Also, check out 3Rbrewery if our in town! We had the Red Rattler up on top!
