LaChelle is the Founder of iAM-Life By Design Coaching and Consulting and the Author of "Get out of God's Way." After experiencing burnout and feeling she wasn't spending as much quality time with her family as she would like, LaChelle left her successful 20-year anesthesia career to become a Life Coach, get more of everything she wanted, live a life by design, and help as many people as she could.
