  • Self-Care to Help You Ease Into the Time Change

We gained an hour of sleep, but it will be getting darker earlier---and it may take some of us a little while to adjust to that. I was thinking of you with the time change and wanted to address it because, from a self-care perspective, we really need to be gentle with ourselves during times of transition. • Take Care Tips Podcast Trailer

Hi there, I’m Jennifer Antkowiak, It’s time to take care of YOU! And every week, on the Take Care Tips podcast I will inspire you to do just that.

The Take Care Tips podcast will bring you real-life, self-care strategies that you can use to take care of yourself while you’re taking care of others.

Many of us care for others to the point that we end up putting our own health and well-being on the back burner.  Little by little, we lose ourselves, and end up feeling exhausted, frustrated, and stressed.  Through my own journey as a family caregiver, and mom of five – turned self-care coach and wellness advocate, I’ve learned that it’s possible to feel stronger, happier, and healthier again.

You might feel like there are many barriers to self-care---but we’ll work on busting through them. Guess what --- You do have enough time, it doesn’t cost too much, and you don’t have to feel guilty!

When you start carving out even a little bit of time for yourself, great things happen.

Your energy will go up.  You will be more positive.  You will be more passionate.  And...you will have the power you need to care for all those you love, and live up to your fullest potential.

Subscribe to the Take Care Tips podcast so that you’ll be notified when each new episode drops. Hope is here! Let’s take care of you!
