This week I was in such a good mood, I decided to #SpeakOnIt. This is what I like to call a reserve episode. It's for those days where you're not feeling like yourself, and you need to be recharged. I talked about choosing to be happy, releasing the 'Strong Friend' narrative, & my appreciation for others who show their scars.

This week I was blessed with the presence of poet, author, and of course, my friend. Tyanna Braswell. We talked about finding ourselves through spirituality, realigning ourselves with our art, and how we recenter ourselves. This conversation fed me from the very beginning to the end, & i'm so excited to share it with you all!
