Hey Babes, today is a very special episode as it is a huge milestone in my "All In" Take Control Journey. If you couldn't tell from the title... well I got my period back!!! I don't remember the last time I've had a read full blown period, and to be honest I had no idea it was going to come back this fast. I do think this "All In" approach was a huge contributing factor to getting it back so quickly. That is why I am going to take you through the steps of what I did to get it back.
