Planting seeds - AKA, investing in your future. 

Similarly to a real garden, you must tend to the seeds you plant in order for them to flourish. Though planting the seeds of life is exciting, it can also feel frustrating and anxiety-inducing because there are often no immediate results.

When we hear “self-care,” it’s easy to picture spa days or beach vacations. But real self-care is far less glamorous — and far more powerful. It’s the daily practice of showing up for yourself in the small, often difficult ways: getting out of bed when you’d rather hit snooze, fueling your body with nourishing foods, moving with intention, and knowing when to step away from the noise.
