Hi All,

I have officially had my podcast for a Month on 08/31/2021. This episode is a lot of script. A lot of tangents and me just being raw and showing my emotion. Life is messy and sometimes is dark. We just have to remember to not let it consume us. We have to remember the beauty of the mess and be the light we need. Thank you again for everyone who listens. I am not doing this for people to feel sorry for me or to hate anyone for me. I am doing this to be a voice for people who are not ready to use theirs.

Hi All, 

This episode is about a point in the story where my mom and I's relationship starts to fall apart. In the sense of. I was 15. My mom had a mid-life crisis. My dad broke her. She was blinded by what she thought was someone who “loved” her and she was emotionally all over the place. Like a hurricane of emotions. How can she not!! She was abused non stop for 16 years at that point. And her marriage just ended so abruptly and movie like. I was in the middle of a shit storm. Restraining orders, drug tests, being kicked out. etc. 

over the next few episodes somethings will be vague because my mom asked me to not go into toooooooo much detail and I will respect her wishes. However, the story that is told in this episode is just the start of a really weird turn of events.

Hi Everyone, 

This episode is a tad all over the place. This past week I was still dealing with my dad's abusive tendencies. I am going to keep telling you my story and some of the things I went through. Right now it is more family based but I was also bullied throughout school. Even called racist when I was in 5th grade!!!!!! and if you know me you know I am the token white girl LOL. Any who, I dealt with bull shit from all angles. Thank you for listening and taking the time to hear my story. I am so grateful for you all!!!!!

Hi Guys,

I honestly am so nervous and excited to share this all with you. It is only 10 minutes. PODCASTS ARE HARD LOL. I am new so please be kind and patient with me. I will be getting into more details next week. Basically the first couple of episodes will just be me talking about stories. as the episodes go on I will be going into my journey with therapy and how it has helped me. This is going to get dark. BUT with darkness comes light. This is a safe space for people who have been through hell. This is to show you. That you aren't alone. We can bond over our trauma and bond over our growth!!!!

The episodes will be between 15-30 mins with an occasional 60 min when I decide to bring people on who want to share their own trauma and want to share how they overcame it.

This is going to be a learning curve for me. ( I rerecorded this 10 times LOL)
