January 10th is a date that I have memorialized on my own and in my own way. I share the story of what it was like to receive the gift of having a child and on the same day, give her back. Thank you for taking this ride with me where in 1995, I literally had to look up to elevate.

When we were planning to finish 2021 strong and start 2022 with intentions, we did not include COVID. We dodged it for the last 2 years so we didn't think anything of it. So we start 2022 with a total resent in mind and the intentions to reinvent some of the things we already do. But let's start this year with a huge gratitude for our health and the opportunity for a Season 4.
