This meditation brings you to a charming, secret garden where you become acquainted with four herbs (Motherwort, Rose, Hawthorn, and Holly) which all have a special affinity for the physical and energetic heart. ❤️
This meditation is especially for individuals who are currently struggling with loss and hurt, are in a grieving period, and/or feel closed off either to other people or their own emotions.

🔥🌊💨🪨 In this meditation you get to explore one of the four elements! Fire, water, air, and earth.
You will be transported to a grand museum that has four paintings that depict a land consumed by one of these elements. You will then be able to jump into one of these paintings in order to allow your imagination to take the reins and explore further.
Have fun and remember to take back whatever wisdom you glean from each magical place!

This is my first attempt at a meditation that involves a poetry read. "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost is read in this meditation, along with intriguing questions to explore and possibly a new look at the poem. ✨
This is for all you literary lovers and deep soul divers!

Title- 30 Minute Meditation in Nature (Calm, Relaxing, Peaceful)
Publisher and Composer- Cory Larence
A relaxing autumn walk through lovely landscape. 🍂
For anyone craving a cozy, fall vibe. This is geared towards facilitating with sleep, but can be played for a relaxing meditation as well to wind down.
I'm going to be focusing some of my meditations on seasonal content for a while. It is healing for the soul to come back in step with the ebs and flows of nature's cycles. Fall is a time for winding down, hibernating, tending to our roots, and going inwards. Autumn is one of my favorite times of year, so this is a perfect place to start. ✨
Hope you all enjoy!

In this podcast episode I discuss the fairy tale "Catherine and Her Destiny" with Michelle Tocher (storyteller, author, and producer). We had a wonderful time mulling over themes of patience, the necessity of pursuing as you're waiting, the natural process of growing up, coming to terms with suffering in life, among other topics!
We welcome you to explore this story on your own as well by reading one of the retellings (link below) and working with it through "The Story Tour", which you can find on the WonderLit website link below. ✨
Happy Fairy Tale Foraging!! 🧚

I had the wonderful chance to sit down with Hannah Custis (a fellow fairy tale/myth enthusiast) to discuss the fairy tale "The Frog King", which is the lesser known version of "The Princess and the Frog". 🐸
We talk about the cultural and societal perspectives of fairy tales, Jungian symbolism, and our own personal take on the fairy tale. ✨
We used WonderLit (a spectacular fairy tale/story course) on our own to delve deeper into this fairy tale. I mention it in the podcast, and as promised here is a link if you are interested:

I also mention 2 wonderful fairy tale collections:

This is a unique guided imagery meditation that will bring you on an adventure through a majestic hedge maze! 🌳
At the end of this maze you will be reunited with a purpose and sense of meaning that is very important to you, but somewhere along the way you were made to believe that it didn't matter or was useless.
This meditation will allow you to reunite with this purpose and bring that meaning back with you into your waking life! ✨
