Welcome to Take Your Time, a Persona 5 podcast by Jonathon Dornbush and Tom Marks in which the duo will be playing Persona 5 Strikers in sort of real time, but not quite as in real time as our Persona 5 Royal playthrough.  Tom and Jonathon continue their P5 Strikers podcast series with episode 4, focused on August 2 - 7, as the Phantom Thieves tackle P5 Strikers' second Jail, ruled by the Monarch Ango Natsume.

The duo discusses what they do and don't like about P5 Strikers' second Jail, how the meta-writing of its story comes through in the writing, and more about how it builds on the structure of Alice's Jail. The duo also discusses the boss fight against Dragon-Ango, how Strikers' battles are building off of some surprising character beats, and more.

But because there's a surprising amount of story to get through this week, the duo breaks down Ango's path as a Jail ruler, including his motives for stealing Desires, the people around him, and what redemption could mean for the character. That also means we discuss some of the surprising gray area Strikers finds itself in when it comes to depicting its villains so far, while also reflecting back on how this Jail tees up some key character growth for Yusuke. Jonathon and Tom also talk about what happens after the Jail, including the setup for new goings-on with EMMA's creator, the Phantom Thieves' next plans, and more.
