Moshe Schulman (Partner of Ruffian & Kindred) is a restaurant neighbor. I always knew he had jokes but I never knew he had a knack for project management. For example, he conceptualized and designed the outdoor patios both at Kindred & Ruffian and they are one of the best dining structures I've ever seen.
