In this first Takeover Episode, I welcome back Olivia from Fully Submerged Scuba to host, as she speaks with the Recipient of DEMA’s Wave Makers Award, Coordinator of the Sea Turtle Healing Center at Bavard Zoo, and Instructor with Ohana Dive Company, Jess Patterson. From an early age, Jess knew she wanted to pursue a career in helping marine life, her mission now is to inspire and educate future advocates of the aquatic world. Olivia and Jess sit down and speak about her journey from San Diego to Florida, turtle conservation, the good and bad of aquariums, how every little bit helps when it comes to conservation, and much more.
