Dr. Alice Zheng is a women's health practice leader at McKinsey in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device and Global Public Health practices. She leads women’s health efforts at the Firm, including internal research on industry sub-segments such as FemTech and pharma. Previous to McKinsey, she worked in women’s health as a clinician and also as a public health practitioner in reproductive health in East Africa and Asia. Alice holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and MD/MPH from the University of Michigan Medical School and School of Public Health. We discussed the definition of women’s health, what needs innovating in various women’s health sectors & femtech trends.
