Their are many different places in the Bible where we see how even the disciples that were surrounded in Jesus's presents acted of of emotion, and not being lead by the spirit. A good example would be the life of Jonah and how he acted of the Emotions of his physical being instead of trusting in what God asked of him to do, and we see through that example relying only on emotion leads only to failure.

We see in the story of Elijah the spirit of rebellion in his walk. he begins to run from the responsibility that the lord gave him. Pastor Manny talks about the warning that is given and heed you must receive the warning.

Pastor Manny touches on John 3:1-8, we see in this story of Nicodemus how Jesus uses the life of a man who's in control over so much and made a big name for himself in the eyes of the world. But when he came to know God, and we can learn to let go of the titles the world gave us and walk in the ways of the world. 

You see in the book of Jude how Jude talks about the "Contending For The Faith", and the different things that will contend us as believers. As you listen to the message you will see how Pastor Manny Explains Through the Bible the ways us as believers are contended in are own faith. And how important it is in this end times to stand firm on God word!

In the book of 1 Kings 19, Elijah is faced with the spirit of fear from Jezebel. It is this spirit that can hinder the walk of a believer. God wants us to trust in Him and know that the plan He has for us always prevails against the enemies schemes to prevent us from experiencing the fullness of His Glory!

God tests our faith, unlike our enemy, God wants to certify our faith not tempt us to sin. Pastor Manny explains in the book of Matthew about the story of the Canaanite woman who didn't give up on her faith, even when it seemed impossible!
