Psalms 34:1-22 / 1 Samuel 21:10-15

Have you ever been in a problem or trial in your life, where you created a plan for yourself that in the end actually worked? But even though it actually worked and was successful, you begin to feel guilt? Why?? Pastor Manny shares with us, that although the plan worked when we devise for ourselves plans, and do not trust in Gods deliverance, relying on the arm of man, the schemes of our fear, and do not trust in the Providence of God, we are left with guilt. In our Walk with God, he gives us a vision for us to walk in and we can either run with it, or stay in our old ways. God always desires us to reach higher things for the Kingdom, but the enemy tries to throw in distractions, so we can stay behind.

God wants us to have pleasures in this world, but it is when those pleasures become harmful to our spiritual walk in Christ and begins to become inconsiderate of God's Presence that it becomes a problem. Pastor Manny explains the story of Samson and how wrong pleasures can lead to dangerous situations.

Pastor David explains that sharing our story is sharing the gospel. It is only through our story that people can see how God can move in a person. God wants to use your story to glorify Him!

Jesus came to assert His Lordship, not so we can be saved out of fear, but so we can see His Majesty and the Plan he had for us since the beginning!

God wants to increase our blessing, but to unlock the increase requires obedience! Leviticus tells us that God blesses those who seek Him and make Him Their God1

Jesus wore a crown of thorns, so we can wear the Crown of Glory. Today's Christianity doesn't think we need to pay for the crown, but Jesus teaches us that in order to receive the crown we need to sacrifice! 

When God gives you a dream, it's intentional. Don't be afraid to dream big when you know God has a purpose for your life! 

In the book of Exodus, the Israelites made a golden cafe when Moses went to talk to God. The soul always longs for God, so the people got anxious and made their own. Many times in our lives do we put things first in our lives because we feel God isn't there, but in reality in the process of getting the blessing requires waiting on God!

Many times we ask God to answer our prayers, but is it His Will for Your Life? We ask God to bless us, but are we doing it for our selfish desires or for furthering the Kingdom Agenda?
