One of the benefits of staying really busy is that when we have lots of things that require our focus, it can help us put unresolved stuff out of mind. When we have emotional baggage we haven’t dealt with, it can seem like a win to move our attention past it, but in doing so, what if it’s not defeated, but lying dormant?
