He is a devoted father, and after being agnostic for many years, now a devoted Christian. His life journey is full of twists and turns, from psychedelic to religious experiences, from feeling down and out to feeling full of love. Kristal's story is one that needed to be told. She is a retired Air Force pilot who has pivoted into the fields of wine and yoga. After being forced to call it quits as a pilot, she looked for the next opportunity life was opening up for her, and now she is a sommelier and yoga instructor. We talk dealing with grief, stepping outside your comfort zone, and of course, wine.

Darrick is a man with a curious mind. He is the host of the Louisville, Kentucky based radio show "Inside A Question" and so much more. Darrick was a K-12 teacher, lived in a monastery and like me, a huge music lover. His curious mind leads him to seeking out answers to any questions that peak his interest in a variety of fields, reflected by his degrees in Physics, Mathematics, Hindi and Philosophy. Darrick's wife is celebrity chef Damaris Phillips.
