One of the most harmful feelings I’ve experienced over my 8 or so years in the online business space is SELF DOUBT.

One of the reasons I have developed my business to provide Entrepreneur Training is because I’ve seen so many times, and have experienced myself, business feeling heavy, confusing and overwhelming.

I’ve seen it lead to really creative, impact driven, talented people with an idea and a vision feeling burned out, stuck, frustrated or demoralised (or all of the above), because they didn’t feel they were experiencing the business results they wanted in the timeframe they expected. I’m certainly familiar with that feeling. How about you?

What I also know to be true is that, the way this then can play out for people is that they feel they must be doing something wrong, or missing something, and then they get even more entrenched in feelings of frustration, overwhelm, stuck-ness, confusion and the like.

The thing is:

Not only is it personally exhausting, it works against the very thing we’re trying to achieve, that is, business progress and growth, because it creates a vicious circle. 

In this podcast episode I share how I found that ditching overwhelm and confusion in my business, and the ability to keep doing so as and when it arises, depends on actively cultivating two things, prioritising two things and recognising the value of two things.

Let's talk about two things to focus on to kickstart your exit from that vicious circle so that you can get clear on exactly what you need to work on next to make progress in your business.
