My diverse list of clientele include youth through collegiate athletes mixing with Firefighters, Pre & Postpartum Participants, Business Professionals, Jiu-Jitsu Specialist, Full Contact Fighters and Competitive Bodybuilders, to name a few.
My specialty is a Program Design based on the demands of your discipline, including energy system development, strength, stability, flexibility, relative strength, power endurance and gripping protocols.
My training invites you to step “outside the comfort” zone” of traditional programming and find out what it really means to TRAIN!

(street rules are the same, we never know what the other opponent is weighing, nor their fight record.)
✅NO DRUG TESTING
(Same as above. When you’re involved in mutual combat, no one else but yourself knows what you’ve been taking. Whether it be prescription meds, a rip from the bong, a line of coke, or even using an androgenic/anabolic.
✅NO DRASTIC WEIGHT CUTS NECESSARY
✅NO ATTACKING A GROUNDED OPPONENT
✅FIGHTERS MUST WIN BY TKO, KO, DECISION or OPPONENTS’ VERBAL TAPOUT
✅NO STANDING 8 COUNT
✅10oz GLOVES AND GEAR WILL BE INSPECTED TO PROTECT BOTH FIGHTERS FOR SAFETY
✅ALL FIGHTERS WILL BE CEREMONIALLY INTRODUCED BEFORE THE EVENT
