Part Four of Five in our Summer Mini-Series, And after a busy day of thunderstorms, puddle splashing, and the return of Pa John, little Nina wakes to another day of adventures, and even longer pink hair that seems to be growing faster!

On we go with the Summer Mini-Series, Nina and The Pink Hair.  Naptime over, little Nina wakes to the thunderstorms aftermath and a lot of adventure with puddles!

On with our Summer Mini-Series! When we last left little Nina, her wish seems to have been granted, and she was off to tell her forest friends.

A Summer mini-series for all us kids. The only story written by my late wife Jan who conceived this world, I present it once a week for five weeks. 

It follows the adventures of a little girl called Nina, based on our granddaughter, our daughter, and Jan's memories of herself as a little girl who just couldn't wait for grownup hair. Nana and Paja, developed into Christina and John Webster in stories already told and yet to come, and Little Nina made her cameo in 'A Perfect Winters Day' and will feature in other stories later on. This is set on their farm to the west of town just past the potteries. If you enjoy these, please drop me a note. After the summer children's mini-series, things ramp up in the village starting in September and build to a major event and the end of one characters arc in December.  Each month chapter will have an interlude chapter midmonth as well, so big things are coming soon!

This month we flashback 30 years to a summer solstice that started a chain of events that are coming to a conclusion now. New characters who are now familiar make their entrances, while others who have since left the narrative, are still here to lend their voices. The general magical white noise that has always hummed just below the perceptions of most of our villagers, is changing and seems to focus on the outcome of decisions to be made...
