We’re heating up here with some tidbits on filler infirm on what’s going on with mom and the whole move in situation. We’re definitely getting to some real crucial mentally challenging situations that could have long term effects, if not looked out for.

Here we are and it’s time to really pick things up. There’s always going to be a moment in life where you’re gonna be in position where some you know needs help and you can do it, but how do you handle these things. Truthfully the beginning of a wild roller coaster.

All is good with showing your affection, but are you love bombing?

We’re jumping into the next bridge of when things start to take a turn externally and internally. It’s time to take a step back and make sure we’re approaching each situation with delicately for not only for others, but to ourselves.

Traveling can be beautiful, traveling can be stressful, either way, at some point we travel even within inner city limits, it’s joy you can take away from breaking out of the norm to spend time with loved ones!

How vulnerable are you with your partner? In this episode we dive into a topic about being vulnerable about your deepest traumas with your partner, and how that circles back to the impact on your mental development growing up. It’s not our choice on how, when or why we grew up the way that we did, but ultimately it’s up to us on how we continue to live furthermore.

In this episode we take a walk through memory lane and revisit the first date that set the ton for everything.

This episode kicks off the first of twenty-four episodes to conclude season 4. “The Beginning” takes us back to the beginning of a 24 month long journey. From Hollywood love to heartbreak, we can all take away with us the fact that love and relationships will happen, and when some come to an unfortunate end, we still have to make sure that we are able to keep our mental intact, learn what we can from the experience & move forward, being a better person.

Honestly, it’s ok for us to take a break when we’ve been going so hard trying to accomplish goals and dreams and it’s all right. I understand that the sooner you get it the better off you are, but if you’re going to burn yourself out in the process of trying to accomplish your goal, then is it really beneficial for you? Give your mind and your body a break before your spirit becomes overwhelmed

There is a thin line between love and lust, and we all to commonly find ourselves blurring the lines. It’s ok to find yourself very infatuated with someone, but you have to be mindful of making sure you’re making time for yourself to heal from previous experiences before you lunge into something new.
