HOSMs PCN Mental Health Team Presents 'Talk About It' The Podcast.
Honiton Surgery, Sid Valley Practice and Coleridge Medical Centre, based in East Devon, are extremely excited to announce the launch of their Primary Care Mental Health Team. The pilot project offers patients of the three surgeries a new approach to receiving support for their Mental Health.
Series 1 of 'Talk About It' introduces the new service. In each episode, Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach Abby will be joined by individuals who have played key parts in developing the new Mental Health Team.
In Episode 2, Abby talks with Dr Jennie Button - GP Partner of Honiton Surgery and Clinical Director of HOSMS Primary Care Network. Jennie discusses her experiences of Mental Health from the perspective of a GP, her involvement in the development of the Mental Health Team and how she sees the Mental Health Team working alongside clinicians going forward.
