Not having set healthy boundaries or knew that I even needed them made my life a living hell. So I am sharing with you some ways to set up healthy boundaries in your life. Because I personally know how living without them as felt and it hasn’t been pleasant experience.

What is it that you want to have most right now? For me 2020 was the dark night of the soul, but I came out on the other end. I made it through and so did you. 2021 will be the year of great abundance, but you must believe in the possibility to manifest it into existence.

There are many different experiences that can constitute trauma in ones life. Childhood trauma for instance is an event experienced by a child that threatens their life or bodily integrity. There are many ways to help and be supportive to the children and adults of childhood trauma, and I will go over them as well.

In this episode I’m going to go over 6 signs that you could be suffering from sexual shame, and what you can do to fix it. Once you release this shame over sex you will start to experience an amazing freedom in your life.

What happens at the intersection of mental health and one’s experience as a member of the black community? Despite the needs, only one in three Black adults who need mental health care receive it. According to the American Association’s Mental Health Facts for African Americans guide, blacks are also less likely to receive guidelines-consistent care, less frequently included in research, and more likely to use emergency rooms or primary care.

Projection is unconsciously working by the ego and the process of attribution of unwanted emotions you don’t like onto another person or object, rather than admitting that it exists in yourself. It is commonly adopted as a defense mechanism that distorts reality from how things really are.
