4gr is privately owned and operated by business partners and friends Beth Evans and Gillian Baldwin. They launched 4gr in 2013 with four good reasons… to create a legacy for their collective four children. They chose to do this with a business that creates capacity, building independence for people with various barriers. Beth joins me to share her story.

Passionate about equality and inclusion, through his role as a coach for the Cricket Australia Disability cricket team, Hussain Hanif supported young adults reach their full potential through High Performance sports, earning him the Cricket Australia coach of the year award in 2017.

Currently, Huss is employed at New Zealand Football as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, following the Legacy program lead role for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup hosted in Australia and New Zealand.
