Celebrating Mother's Day brought up quite a few memories of my mother, but also evoked the realization that all mothers are not alike. The wife of Abraham—Sarai who became Sarah, the mother of many nations—responded to the news that she would be a mom with laughter, but it wasn't all that funny! 

Today, mothers are no laughing matter... we all have challenges, but God is faithful through them all!
