Oh, the lengths we will go to remember! Post-It notes have been a long-time staple (see what I did there... a little office-supply humor 🤣) in my office to write down my thoughts and inspirations. Little did I know that my husband's off-hand remark about a post-it note would change my life!

This is the story of how Post-It Note wisdom came to be!

If you've ever heard a song and went in search of it, or have a strong memory attached to a song, you'll get it! A new (to me) Song was really an oldie, but a goodie, and what I learned while hearing it the first time stuck with me.  It was a workshop for sales, and a video about goals, and the background music was... awesome.

When I heard it again recently, technology had advanced to the point I could FIND it and download it! Awesome!  Everything I learned in the sales meeting came flooding back. Score for music and memory!

I admit it... I've watched Top Gun: Maverick a bunch of times. It's a feel good movie, and I think I know the reason why! Don't we always love unlikely heroes!? The people who overcome the odds and win. 

There's a story of an unlikely victory in the Old Testament book of Judges. A prophet predicts a victory not at the hand of a general, but by a woman... and it's not who you think at the beginning of the story! Like Maverick, the hero makes us proud, and brings peace to Israel for 40 years! So good!

An old Star Trek episode—the first pilot episode before there was a Captain James T. Kirk!—finds the crew of the Starship Enterprise attempting to rescue the crew that's crashed on a planet, only to discover that the species on the planet wants to find a partner for the lone survivor of the crash, a human female, for their "zoo." Captain Pike and Spock realize the human female is an illusion...she's alive, but the planet's species have assembled her incorrectly! 

Kinda like how we represent Jesus. Not quite sure what He is like, our presentation is more Picasso than divine. We can be like Him, though, if we come to know Him experientially.
