Content warning: this episode includes discussion of domestic violence and physical abuse.
Girl breakups can hurt more than any breakup with a man. Angie and Britani get into the friendship breakups you sent in, male-centered women, the Summer House drama, whether it's ever OK to date your friend's ex, and why your friend's man should be a Ken doll to you. Angie also opens up for the first time about surviving domestic violence and tells the craziest friendship breakup story she's ever had: the friend who played the long game.
Plus: why we're good enoughists, not perfectionists, why your vote matters this Election Day, and our first-ever fact check (we checked ourselves so you don't have to).
If you or someone you love is in an abusive relationship, you are not alone.

Empower your fitness journey with insight from Austin Gelhar, an experienced online coach, amateur bodybuilder, and a fit-focused YouTuber. Listen in on our shared knowledge while we offer some of our secrets to success.
What makes a high-value woman (or man)? What are the characteristics of a person who has high confidence, self worth, and believes they bring value to the world around them?
A big part of your worth and self-confidence comes from within. Changing the world around you starts with developing you.
Let's dig deep into the characteristics that make us, high-value.
We are all a bit mental. eh? Join the club, have a seat at the table.
Many of us struggle to see results when it comes to fitness, and often times the one thing getting in the way of reaching our goals... is ourselves. When you can learn to be consistent, have realistic timelines, and implement self-accountability, you can then set yourself up for success. There will always be peaks and valleys when we are working towards any goal, but remember that if you are in the valley, a peak is right around the corner.
What does it take to have a powerful mindset? When we evaluate our thoughts and how we use our minds, are they helping us grow? Or are they speaking our doubts into existence? How you use your mind matters. Your thoughts matter. Taking control of your mind, and rewiring your brain for success. Let's talk about what it takes to truly have a strong mindset, on this "the mindset that could".
We are always trying to find something that motivates us or "or keeps us motived". This episode we will go over motivation and how chasing after that feeling will not help you reach your goals. This is where consistency and routine will ultimately get you where you want to go. With being successful, there needs to be a mindset shift from being a victim to a victor, and doing the work. Sink or swim.
