Doris Bullock will talk with us about types of exercise programs and what works best for each person. We see them on TV we buy tapes and equipment what works. Then in the second hour Darrin Redus executive director of JumpStart will talk with us about starting and expanding our business with assistance from JumpStart a non-profit organization that focuses on micro lending.

Jay Early and I will be talking it up about Black America, where we have been, where we are, and where we are going. The world is changing without our permission, and I am not sure we are even participating in the process. Let's talk about what we need to do so that we can help shape our future, and advance our own agenda, or at least have an agenda.
