WoW what a week, Let's talk about it. Broken Promise Schools is designed to discuss critical issues in public school education. Utilizing an aggressive approach, Dr. Marco Clark will provide solutions to the aging problem of failed public school initiatives, accountability and quick fix programs that are plaguing the urban school systems throughout the nation. Working as a tireless advocate, Dr. Clark has dedicated his work to improving public school education for disenfranchised youth. A sought after motivational speaker and presenter, he is relentless in the work of advocating for students and community engagement.

In addition to his advocacy work, Dr. Clark is Co-Founder of PEACE through Urban Exchange, a program based out of Chicago, Illinois, which focuses on "Preparing, Engaging, Achieving, and Creating Excellence". This leadership development program for high school students is to designed to use education as a tool to develop tomorrow’s leaders. As a result of his work with "PEACE", Dr. Clark has built numerous partnerships with Colleges and Universities throughout the country. His mission is to provide urban students from various demographic profiles, encompassing an aspiration of attaining education beyond high school, the opportunity to attend a college or university.

Dr. Marco Clark holds a Doctor of Education degree from Morgan State University, a Master of Education degree in Special Education from Coppin State University and a Master of Education degree in School Improvement Leadership from Goucher College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University.

Dr. Clark is committed to spreading his practitioners message that maintaining your faith, academic achievement, community involvement and building solid relationships remain key in achieving his personal motto: "You Can’t Beat A Person Who Is Determined To Win".
