Kendall feels like Casia might be projecting a little bit with her anger towards Elander. Jess is highly suspicious of everyone and doesn't trust their loyalty. They are both working very hard to understand the hierarchy of gods in this series and have major hate for a certain King-Emperor. Kendall is very much here for that serious twist in Elander and Casia's story and Jess is very much here for the library escapades and desecrated temples.
