Nikoloz (Nika) Shurgaia is a Georgian economist, former senior banking executive and civic activist with nearly three decades of experience in international finance and banking. A graduate of London Business School, he has held senior positions at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Bank of Georgia, VTB Bank Georgia and several banks across the region, including serving as CEO of PASHA Bank Georgia. He is also the founder of Sadagi, a civic initiative focused on environmental protection and community engagement, and a member of the One Georgia platform.
